This page explains how refunds work based on where your Widget Pro purchase was made.
Purchases made through Microsoft Store
If you purchased Widget Pro through the Microsoft Store, the subscription and payment are managed directly by Microsoft.
You can manage subscriptions and request refunds from your Microsoft account:
- Open https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Sign in with the Microsoft account used for purchase
- Manage subscriptions, cancel renewal, and request refund if eligible

Purchases made through PayPal
If you purchased Widget Pro through PayPal and are eligible, you can request a refund by filling the form below. You have 60 days from purchase date to initiate a request.
